Buyer - General
No, you cannot order any product which is listed as "Out of Stock". However you can add the product to your wishlist. You will be notified as soon as the product is in stock again.
Unfortunately we don't allow guest users to buy products. Users have to be registered as a Buyer to complete the actual purchase transaction. However, guest users are free to surf our catalogue and go through the artworks listed on Tumbhimall.
We only have a secure online payment option available at the moment.
No, currently we do not allow EMI based payments. However, many credit and debit cards allow EMI once payment is made. Please check with your respective debit/credit card issuers for the same.
Yes, a Photos & Frames category product can be replaced if the product is damaged in transit. However a Photos & Frames category product which is ordered to a particular print size cannot be cancelled (after 3 hours of placing the order), returned or replaced for any other reason since the order executed it is customized by you on our website. If you find a Photos & Frames category product delivered to you in damaged condition, please immediately write to us (within 5 days of receiving the shipment) on Contact Us along with a photo image of the damaged product. We will revert to you about further procedure as soon as possible.
Buyer - Order Status
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Tumbhimall will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Tumbhimall account.
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Tumbhimall. To check the status of your orders, Login to the Tumbhimall and click on My Orders in your Account.
Yes, we can replace the product or refund your money if you find the shipment delivered to you contains a defective product. If this is the case, kindly send us the order details and a photo of the defective/damaged product on Contact Us within a maximum of 5 days from time of receipt of the shipment.
Buyer - Cancellations & Returns
We allow a "no questions asked" cancellation for a period of 3 hours after the order is placed. After 3 hours, you may not be able to cancel the order since order may be is customized by you on our site. However, the customer can apply for a replacement or refund if a product received is damaged. The customer should notify through Contact Us along with photos of the damaged product within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
